Refund policy.

Our return policy provides you with a period of 30 days, starting from the date of receipt, to request a return of your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging and the same condition as it was when you received it, with all tags attached and unused. Additionally, you will need to provide proof of purchase or a receipt.

Upon approval of your return, we will provide you with a return shipping label and comprehensive instructions on how and where to send the package. Please note that we do not accept items returned to us without a prior return request.

Damages and issues
We kindly request that you inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you receive a defective or damaged item, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and take appropriate action to resolve it.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Please be informed that if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without any justification. Nonetheless, the item must be returned in the original packaging, unused, unworn, and with all tags attached. Additionally, you are required to provide proof of purchase or a receipt.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
